Ok I know I'm bugging you guys now!
Margie and I talked to a few people and it looks like nobody will be able to make it to book club. So it is officially cancelled for this month. We will try and reboot for next month. Please let us know if you are interested in doing a neighborhood book club. It is hard to get it going if only two people are trying at it.

I will come sometimes but I am really picky about what I read so I might not be a stellar member.
I hate reading....LOL---i haven't even finished the twilight books...eeeek! I know, I know what Am I thinking? I only got to the second book and am only half way through...thats been since April....im bad :)
So maybe if its a 20 page picture book? OR I will come and just eat the food!
No worries you guys. No one has to read the book, just come to the meetings and visit. That keeps the book club going. The book spurs the conversation that's all. It gives some of us literary undernourished a reason to read and helps us find more books others find interesting.
I'm interested. I finally got myself back into reading again (it's been awhile) and I really enjoy it! Let me know where you get the books. Can you usually find them at the library? I can't justify spending lots of money right now!
I'd love to do it. I might not always read the book but I'd love to come for the social aspect! :) I need to get out of the house every now and then!

I'd love to do the book club! I just got into reading the last few years but it seems that every time I go get a book it's full of vulgar language and things I just don't want my imagination to imagine. lol
I might read it, I might not. I'm not a fast reader by any means! But I'm down for the refreshments and good company anytime!
Can you send out a list of what the refreshments will be at each gathering so I can figure out if I can make it or not? That's how Sharida snares me....
