Okay, so I have to say that I think it's hilarious that I'm the one to post the recipe... I wasn't even in the ward last year! :) But, lo and behold, I have it! {I got it from Andrea when we had our dinner groups} Here it is:

2 C. warm milk
1/2 C. butter or margarine
1 Tbls. yeast {dissolved in about 1/3 C. warm water}
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. instant potato flakes
1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
4-5 C. Flour

In your mixer or a large bowl, add together the milk, butter, sugar, potato flakes, salt and eggs. Add 1-2 c. flour and mix together. Add the east and the rest of the flour and mix until you have a soft dough.{8-10 minutes in a mixer} Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into three equal balls. Roll out the balls, one at a time into a circle. Brush with butter, and sprinkle each circle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut into 8 equal pie shaped pieces. Roll the pieces starting at the big end and going to the little end. Place on a greased cooking sheet and let rise {covered} for about 45 minutes or until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for about 17 minutes. Frost with a glaze or cream cheese frosting. Makes about 2 dozen rolls.

Happy cooking!

Oh and if you don't want cinnamon rolls, just cut out the step of sprinkling with sugar & cinnamon and the frosting:)
