Nia Class

Hi Ladies. I wanted to let you know that I have a new Nia class starting at the Clearfield Aquatic Center.
Starting: Thursday, March 5
Time: 10 am
Duration: 6 weeks
Cost:$30 or $35(non-Clearfield Resident)
Come join us as we move, dance, kick, shimmy and play our way into concious body awareness! All levels of fitness welcome, from the couch potato to the seasoned athlete. We will learn to use our entire being - body, mind, spirit, and emotions to create the body we long to be in and enjoy! If nothing else, just come and have a good time while getting a great workout!
